I know that cow. I know that cow better than I’ve known anyone. Do you think it’s her? 
What would you do to be reunited with someone you have lost? How far would you go to find them, and how would you know if you had really succeeded? Ava, grieving the loss of her Mother, navigates an alienating community that practises in beliefs in reincarnation. Her estranged father’s attempts at reconnection push Ava further and further into a self-destructive spiral, eventuating into a drug-fuelled frenzy that sees Ava destroying what little is left of her life.
